Educational scope

All content, assessments, reports, practices and messages are for education and general wellness only. They do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace care from an appropriately qualified professional. Seek urgent local help when circumstances require it.

Your responsibilities

You must be an adult, provide accurate information, keep private links confidential, use practices within your own comfort and applicable professional guidance, and stop any activity that feels unsafe. You may not scrape, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the service.

Personalization and results

Personalization is based on the information you choose to provide and bounded decision rules. Traditional pattern hypotheses are educational interpretations, not findings. Individual experiences vary; no result, timeline, health outcome, or business-performance outcome is guaranteed.

Intellectual property

The site, report structure, writing, graphics and program materials belong to Mystic TCM or their licensors. A purchase grants one customer a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the delivered materials.

Availability and liability

We may improve, suspend, or discontinue features and cannot promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
