Traditional wellness information

Responses may be organized through traditional Chinese wellness frameworks. Capitalized terms such as Liver, Spleen, Qi, Shen, or Blood describe traditional functional concepts in this context; they do not state a biomedical finding.

Service providers and international processing

We may use contracted hosting, database, email, security, analytics, and payment providers. They receive only the information reasonably needed for their role. Information may be processed in countries other than your own and protected through the safeguards available to us and our providers.

Retention and security

Private assessment records are designed to be encrypted before storage and retained for up to 180 days unless a longer period is needed to provide an active service, resolve a dispute, or meet law. No online system is risk-free, but we apply access controls, limited-purpose analytics, and review gates appropriate to this service.
