The meal-timing clue hiding inside an evening energy rebound
Before building a stricter food list, observe whether delayed nourishment, heaviness and bedtime alertness travel together.
When daytime energy feels uneven, people often reach first for a list of foods to add or remove. A more informative starting point may be timing.
Record the first meal, the strongest post-meal heaviness, the lowest-energy hour, dinner finish time and bedtime alertness. If those observations repeatedly move together, food rhythm may be modifying the night transition. If they do not, a different hypothesis deserves more weight.
The traditional Earth phase can organize questions about transformation, regularity and burden. It is not a claim about a biomedical organ. The practical value is the question it creates: does a simpler, repeatable timing change alter the pattern without requiring a restrictive diet?
Change one variable at a time, use familiar foods, and stop an experiment that feels unsuitable.
